Managing Integrations
How to create, edit, and manage integrations in Silkline
Overview
Silkline integrations allow you to sync data between Silkline and your existing systems like NetSuite, First Resonance ION, Manufacturo, and ProShop. You can manage integrations directly from the Silkline application.
Accessing Integrations
Navigate to Organization Settings from your user menu
Click on the Integrations tab
Creating a New Integration
Start Integration Setup
From the Integrations tab, click the "Create Integration" button
A sidebar will open with the integration configuration form
Configure Integration Settings
Fill in the required fields:
Display Name - A friendly name for this integration (e.g., "NetSuite Production")
Integration Source Type - Select your system type from the dropdown
Pipeline Name - A unique identifier for this integration (this can be anything if you aren't using ION)
Writeback - Toggle on to sync data from Silkline back to your system
Ingest - Toggle on to import data from your system into Silkline
Pipeline names must be unique across your organization. You'll see an error if the name is already in use.
