User Profile

The user profile page allows users to manage their account.

Email signature

Users can add/edit their email signature that is automatically appended when composing messages in Silkline. Currently, the email signature field only supports plain text. The email signature can be removed or customized for each message sent simply by changing the values that are pre-populated when composing a message.

Approval delegate

Designate an individual who can approve orders on your behalf. See Approvals for more details.

Session Duration

Once logged in, you will stay logged in for 24 hours from that device. Provided that you access Silkline at least once during that 24-hour window, your session will automatically renew and can stay active for up to 7 days.

After 7 days of continuous use, or 24 hours of inactivity, you will be prompted to log in again.

Users who log in via SSO may have a more restrictive session policy configured by their organization's identity provider.

Log out

Users can logout of Silkline from the profile page by clicking the "Log Out" button in the top right.
